About Roos-Veerle Krijnen
If you knew me as a child, you’d know that I missed synergy and joyous togetherness in the family I got born into. Even though my parents only divorced when I was 17 years old, there was rarely true togetherness and harmony I was so much longing for. Feeling the pain of disconnection between all family members that are living physically so close, made me wanted to create a life that is filled with (emotional) connection, healthy support and love.

I have been facilitating retreats for the last 6 years. And doing 1-on-1 coaching trajectories with people from all corners of the world for the last 8 years.
It’s from my instructions within that I feel guided to restore trust between human beings and the connection we have with our own body. Our body, that is part of nature, because it is made from the same molecules as nature. And nature, will always guide us towards pure love, because it simply is love.
My Method
Roots
Where do you come from? We look inside the backpack you have on; what was given to you through your lineage and in this life so far.

Where are you now? This is the bridge between your roots and your wings. I always connect to what is alive in this moment.
Wings
Where are you going? This step is determined by the desired change you would like to unfold. It’s the opportunity to relate to your inner instructions.

A 6-12 months trajectory allows you to align with purity and truth within a safe container - for you to embody your True Nature. I will support you in the process of purification - to remember who you really are and unlearning who you think you should be - purifying anything that is not natural.
You will integrate many parts of yourself. This might not always be an easy process but what lies on the other side is very much worth it. You get exactly what you need, not always what you want. Whether it’s for your personal or professional life, we follow the current of life - to serve your unique path - the program of our work together will unfold itself accordingly.
The purification space can transmute even the most complex, physical or extreme issues: such as depression, chronic stress, substance reliance, burnout, sleeping problems. (Your) Nature knows the way - we will follow this current to realign you with True Health. Your own nature is your greatest guide & teacher.
Roos supports you in restoring trust within your own system, healing the connection with your body & cultivate heathy relationships.
The amount and frequency of the sessions depends on your needs. You have access to immediate support, if needed.
I believe in results-oriented coaching; and for true results to be achieved, there needs to be a strong desire for change, and a deep commitment towards transformation from both my clients and myself.
Coaching trajectories require a commitment of time, energy and resources. You should only consider a 1:1 coaching trajectory with me if you can commit all 3 to your transformation.
I have found it best to provide my offerings on a sliding scale, from a minimum payment (€10.000,-) to a maximum payment (€100.000,-). For a duration between 6 - 12 months. I ask you to energetically feel into what you can commit to and we will define your coaching journey in 2 intake calls.

We follow the current of life - to serve your unique path - the program will unfold itself accordingly.
The program can include:
1:1 coaching
This can take place either online or in person - depending on where you’re located. I’ll guide you in unconscious parts of yourself through your own body wisdom. We distribute our time together according to what serves you best.
Private Retreat
A private (psychedelic, tantra) one-on-one retreat or a retreat together with a beloved one. You can also think of a retreat that is designed to bring back health into your business - retreating together with your business partner(s) or c-suite. Imagine a breathtaking location in nature to realign with your True Nature.
Career alignment
I support you on a psychosomatic level for emotional alignment within your professional life - which ripples through on all layers (physical, mental, emotional). Uncovering your True Self is foundational to achieving career alignment and where career clarity begins.
The current of life isn’t linear so our journey won’t be either.
