Article 1 – Scope

1. The General Terms and Conditions (“T&C’s”) apply to all services offered by Naked Truth Retreats (“Naked Truth”), such as retreats, workshops and individual exclusive trajectories including but not limited to online and offline- activities (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) and any material, content and/or resources made available through www.nakedtruthretreats.com (“the Website”).

2. By visiting the Website and/or making use of the Services provided by Naked Truth the Participant (“Participant) or (“you”) agree to the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Naked Truth may from time to time amend these General Terms and Conditions. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions is always the version that is applicable and available on the Website. Naked Truth will announce any amendments to the General Terms and Conditions in advance by email.

Article 2 - Services

These T&C’s apply more specifically to the following Services provided by Naked Truth:

• Women’s Retreats

• Tantra Retreats

• Medicine Journeys (Plant Medicine Retreats) - all retreats collectively referred to “Retreats”

• 1:1 Coaching - Exclusive Trajectories

• Occasional Workshops (online & offline)

Article 3 - Application

• In order to use the Services, you may be required to complete an application and provide information about yourself through a form, such as your first & last name, your address, mailing address and other personal information regarding your health & wellbeing. By filling out the form, you agree that the submitted information is accurate, correct and up to date.

  Once you have submitted the application form, you will receive an email from joy@nakedtruthretreats.com to confirm the receipt of your application. In case you like to make any changes in the application, please send them to: joy@nakedtruthretreats.com.

Article 4 - Coaching Trajectories: Payment & Cancellation

1. For the 1:1 Coaching Trajectories Naked Truth offers a flexible payment plan based on trust and where the ‘playgrounds’ of the Participant & Naked Truth meet. The participant decides their own financial contribution based on the Time Schedule (6,9 or 12 months) and Session Frequency (Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly) with a minimum of 10.000 euros as indicated on the website under https://www.nakedtruthretreats.com/coaching.

2. No cure no pay applies within 1 month after the start of the 1:1 Coaching Trajectory, which means in case the Participant is not satisfied with the Services, both parties can still agree upon terminating the agreement with a full refund for the Participant.

3. Any international bank charges from payments made via international transfers are the responsibility of the Participant.

4. All prices included on the Website are including VAT (BTW) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. You are always free to donate an extra amount to the agreed amount as a way to contribute to

   embodying more love on this planet.

Article 5 - Payment Retreats

1. For the Retreats, all applicable prices are shown on the website by Naked Truth. All payments must be paid before the start of the Retreat and can be made by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.

2. Your spot for the Women’s Retreat is confirmed once the deposit payment of 500 euros or the full amount is received. The remaining balance of the Retreat price is due to Naked Truth by the latest six weeks prior to the start of the Retreat.

1. Your spot for the Tantra Retreat is confirmed once the half of the Retreat price is paid through the website. For the remaining balance of the Retreat price you will receive more information from Naked Truth in your onboardings email.

2. Your spot for the Medicine Journey is confirmed once the deposit payment of 500 euros or full payment for the Retreat is made.

3. Any international bank charges from payments made via international transfers are the responsibility of the Participant.

4. All prices included on the Website are including VAT (BTW) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. You are always free to donate an extra amount to the agreed amount as a way to contribute to

   embodying more love on this planet.

Article 6 - Cancellation Retreat by Participant:

If you as Participant need to cancel your participation in a Retreat, the following refund policy applies:

i. Cancellation within 90 Days before the start date: the full paid amount, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

ii. Cancellation within 21 days before the start date: 50% of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

iii. Cancellation closer than 21 days before the start date: No refund of the remaining balance or deposit.

Article 7 - Substitution by Participant

a. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may substitute another person to take your place. Notify Naked Truth of the substitution at least 21 days before the retreat start date.

b. The substitute Participant must be a fit for the Retreat based on the application and agrees to these T&C’s.

Article 8 - Cancellation Retreat by Naked Truth:

a. Naked Truth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, natural disasters or other reasons.

b. In the event of a cancellation by Naked Truth, participants can use the paid amount for a future retreat taking place within 2 years after the canceled retreat. If it is not an option to join a future retreat within this time frame, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit. Naked Truth cannot be held liable for any travel costs already incurred.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property Rights to Your Materials

1. Naked Truth claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to Naked Truth. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Website or Services. Content you submit to Naked Truth remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Naked Truth harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property Rights Naked Truth

1. The Website & Services contain Intellectual Property owned by Naked Truth (“IP”), including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, reproduce or perform any of the Website or Services content or IP without prior written consent.

2. Naked Truth will only take photos and videos during the performance of the Services after prior consent. This material will only be used to remember and integrate your experience with the Retreat group and only shared on the Website & Social Media for promotional purposes after prior consent.

Article 11 - Confidentiality

1. Both Naked Truth - including any third party who supports Naked Truth during Retreats - and the Participant are obliged to confidentiality for all the confidential information received in the framework of the provided Services or from any other source. Information is considered confidential if this is communicated by the other party, or if this results from the nature of the information. =

Article 12 - Liability

1. Naked Truth offers a loving, profound, safe & clear container for healing & transformation through prior preparation to the Retreat, the submitted Application Form by the Participant, and during the actual Retreat, for you to embody more love on this planet through your own Naked Truth. There will be experienced third party’s present during the Retreat to enhance this sense of safety, support and trust.

2. Attending a Retreat with Naked Truth is at the Participant’s own risk and they are aware that the nature of their own experience is at their own full responsibility during the Retreat.

3. After the closing Ceremony of the Tantra Retreat, and after the integration call of the Medicine Journey, Naked Truth no longer is obliged for aftercare, integration, further assistance or support of the Participant.

4. In the event a Participant gets injured while participating in one of the Services, the Participant agrees to assume all financial obligations for any costs to be incurred. The Participant agrees that in no event Naked truth is held liable or responsible for any losses or liabilities arising out of participating in one of the programs.

5. Naked Truth is not liable for any errors or omissions by its engaged third parties during the Retreat or one of the Services provided by Naked Truth.

6. Naked Truth advises to arrange travel insurance prior to the start of the Retreat.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

1. The T&C’s are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

2. Any disputes relating to the T&C’s or any of the Services provided by Naked Truth are settled

   exclusively by the competent court in Amsterdam or any higher court.
